Regular certified shipping includes a tracking number available until the order leaves Spain. If you want to track your order in your country and a faster delivery (2 to 5 working days) please update to expedited shipping.

Note: Weather, Customs and other factors may delay the shipping up to 6 weeks.

Any delay at the destination countries are beyond our control. Buyers are responsible for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred.
Address:
The order will be shipped to your indicated shipping address. Please make sure you provide the correct address as I am not responsible for incorrect delivery therefore if your order is returned due to incorrect address or if you don't pick up your order, from the post office, a shipping fee will be charged to ship it again.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Meberr Studio offers refunds/exchanges within 14 days of receipt for unused, unworn items (except for earrings*) with their original tags and/or packaging. Postage costs are not refundable. After 14 days, all sales are final.
All returns must be authorized via email indicating the reason why you wish to return the item.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. For international shipments, Meberr Studio is not responsible for any duty reimbursement.
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal). We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. Meberr Studio has the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
*For reasons of hygiene exchanges and returns of earrings will not be accepted.
